PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button under each item. If you're an
International buyer, please email me your order and I will send you an invoice.
PAYMENT
Through PayPal, I accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express &
Discover), debit cards, eChecks and bank transfers. Using PayPal ensures that your
information stays private. I do not have access to your credit card information. My
shopping cart is secured by PayPal.
Please note that paying for my items with PayPal does NOT require you to have an
account with them. Just follow the easy checkout instructions and you're all set!
I also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. Please contact me if you wish to
purchase items using these methods.
SHIPPING
Shipping in the Continental United States is FREE! Delivery Confirmation is included,
and insurance when needed. I generally use USPS Priority Mail, but sometimes use Parcel
Post. Shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska do apply.
International shipping charges do apply. Please contact me for International rates.
I ship International with USPS Priority Mail. Please note that I only charge actual
shipping costs plus a $1 handling fee for my supplies. I know that they charge
outrageous prices to ship out of the US and I wish it wasn't that way.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I will be happy to paint or sew something in YOUR colors or style. Additional charges
apply to special orders.
PRIVACY
Your contact information will never be sold, reused or distributed to anyone. I do not
collect credit card information. Any information you provide to me will be held in the
utmost confidence and only used to complete your order.
RETURN POLICY
I will gladly refund your purchase price if you're not totally satisfied, within 7 days after
purchase. Once I receive the item in it's original condition, I will issue a refund. I do
not cover return shipping charges. Custom orders and personalizations are non
refundable
